			<description><![CDATA[<br>Sucker Punch is one of the most admired developers in the gaming industry, and perhaps best known for creating the Sly Cooper and Infamous series of games. In 2011, Sony purchased Sucker Punch to produce games exclusively for PlayStation. Sucker Punch has always worked within short development windows, with the longest period in between releasing games being four years. The length between the release of the Studio's last game Infamous First Light and the scheduled release of Ghost of Tsushima will be six years, prompting some to wonder if the game would be better off debuting on the PlayStation<br><br> <br>While the PS4 has seen its fair share of sequels or reboots of older properties from PlayStation's past ( God of War , Infamous: Second Son, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End ), Sony has also brought about entirely new worlds and characters for us to fall in love with for the first time. In a time where many games that are released annually have started to feel a bit derivative and by-the-numbers, PS4 exclusives like Horizon Zero Dawn , Death Stranding , and Until Dawn have been some of the most captivating and enjoyable games for me on a personal level these past few years just because of how fresh they f<br> <br>The next shots show the ghost, Jin, approaching a camp full of Mongol soldiers with stealthy tactics. The game is going to allow the player to survey areas before striking enemies, as Jin is seen on top of structures. As was already shown off during the E3 2018 demo, Jin is capable of _ Assassin’s Creed _ -like assassinations, as he jumps off of rooftops and slams his sword into his oppone<br><br>While the InFamous games gradually incorporated more stealth components as they progressed, their anthropomorphic PS2 adventures made silent avoidance a key mechanic of the experience, as the titular raccoon and his cohorts primarily relied upon thievery as their main career choices. As Sly Cooper 2 and 3 explored new ways to push the gameplay forward, players ultimately got the opportunity to not only control other characters outside of Sly, but utilize more gadgets to gain the upper hand on a given situation, including smoke bombs for quick escapes, paragliders for quiet traversal and disguises to blend in and fool the enemies. While the combat of Ghost of Tsushima looks to focus on efficiency and a touch for the dramatic, protagonist Jin Sakai will also have the opportunity to utilize stealth to reduce the amount of enemies in a given area, which is strengthened by his tools including a grappling hook and smoke bombs, among others. As Sucker Punch refined their stealth gameplay through three Sly Cooper games, one can hope that the same reliance on verticality and quick reflexes will provide the same sense of satisfaction that made the classic games stand the test of time.<br> <br>There's also the fact that <a href="https://Tsushimagame.com">Ghost of Tsushima secrets|https://tsushimagame.com/</a> of Tsushima quite literally looks like it could be one of the prettiest games ever made. Speaking of that gameplay demo from 2018, I'm hard-pressed to actually believe that what we were shown was running on a PS4 Pro. Seriously, how is that even possible? The level of detail and the high-fidelity visuals that we were shown look like they should only be possible on a PC, or maybe an Xbox One X. If these kinds of graphics are possible on even the weakest "premium" platform around, then that's pretty incredible. Games like this are why I invested in a 4K TV and a PS4 Pro in the first place and I'm hoping Ghost of Tsushima's finalized iteration will look just as stunning as what we've been shown thus <br><br> <br>Is Ghost of Tsushima going to be the best game of 2020? I'm not a fortune teller, so I have no idea. But could it be my personal favorite game of 2020? Sure, why not. Sucker Punch, for my money, is one of the best developers in the video game industry and based on what we've seen so far, this could be shaping up to be the true swan song for the PS4 (sorry, The Last of Us Part I<br><br> <br>While the storm could end up impacting the Mongols at some point in the game, too, Jin will at least help it out significantly, fighting off the invading soldiers himself. This will require players to adopt a "samurai commando" fighting style , using stealth tactics and the Mongols' bombs against them. Along with the historical changes, Sucker Punch noted at E3 2018 that the game's Tsushima Island itself is being reinterpreted to better suit a video game, with added locations to provide players more points of interest. Fans will be able to learn more about the game's historical roots after it's released, as several of the Ghost of Tsushima special editions come with a director's commentary that compares it to real life with the help of a Japanese histor<br><br>Last year, Seattle-based developer Sucker Punch Productions celebrated the 20th anniversary of their first game release, Rocket: Robot on Wheels for the Nintendo 64, which has likely become the developer’s only title to release on a non-Sony platform. After signing a deal with Sony in 2000, Sucker Punch went on to produce two prominent PlayStation-exclusive trilogies, starting with the stealth platformers of Sly Cooper on PS2, and followed by the open world super-powered adventures of InFamous that spanned across PS3 and PS4. The largely-positive receptions of the six games has led Sucker Punch to become one of Sony’s predominant first party developers alongside Naughty Dog and Insomniac, but since releasing Infamous: Second Son (and its spinoff First Light ) in 2014, the team has slowed down their release schedule as they work on their most ambitious game to date, Ghost of Tsushima. Originally revealed near the end of 2017, Sucker Punch has returned to the realm of open world journeys but turned the clock back to the 13th century, as one of the last samurai of ancient Japan looks to defend his people against the invading Mongols. With Sony yet to provide any hands-on opportunities with the title despite it being less than three months until release, one would be better suited to look back at Sucker Punch’s history and the strongest elements of their games to potentially determine the key lessons that went into developing Ghost of Tsushima.<br>]]></description>
