Once Human: How to Get Special and Refined Parts

Weapon accessories are relatively difficult to come across. You can secure a few if you're rich, but if you want something very specific, you're going to have to spend time a lot of time exploring Once Human's many POIs .

The Way of Winter scenario in Once Human takes place in the previously-inaccessible northern fringes of Nalcott island, and players are restricted to this zone only. As such, none of the previously mentioned areas are available. However, you can still get Special and Refined Parts the same way you do above: loot level-specific areas and dismantle materials.

Basic principles like acquisition and level requirements are the same as before, but since players will be visiting new areas, we've updated this guide to mention the places where players can find these two resources on the snowy mountains of northern Nalcott.

You get Special Part the same way you get Refined Parts — by dismantling junk. The only difference here is that Special Parts can only be obtained from items that drop in higher-level areas. Specifically, you can start getting these items once you start exploring Chalk Peak (Lvl. 32+) and beyond. You'll want to look for electronics and appliances, which you'll find plenty of in residential areas, rec rooms, kitchens, and even Securement Silos. Holt Town and Furnace Lair in Chalk Peak are great places to start.

Regular vendors sell weapon accessories for Energy Links, and the prices easily reach up to 3000 and above. You can farm Energy Links in Once Human easily by running Securement Silos or selling items. You only need to purchase an attachment once — after buying one, you can equip it on as many weapons as you'd like, given that the attachment is compatible with the weapon you want to use it on.

Unlike many other areas in Once Human, getting the Mystical Crate is likely the easiest task when it comes to exploring High Banks. To get this item, you simply have to travel to the very middle where you'll see a building called High Bank, and there will be a stage with some chairs right in front of this building's entrance.

To get Refined Parts in Once Human's Way of Winter scenario , you need to loot level 20-30 areas. The southern Vena Fjord region is a great place to start — follow the road along the snowy mountain and raid every camp and town you see.
