I need to share my truly terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning to others. My frustration started when the two-piece set arrived; the fit was completely bizarre—the arm part was super tight but the chest area was loose fitting. After dealing with that quality headache, I was forced to use store credit, only to discover the company’s dirty secret. I ordered a replacement shirt for $90 only to find that same shirt elsewhere for $9. This confirmed what I already suspected: "So many of their clothes are from a cheap Chinese website & they cut the tag off." This deceptive pricing and the abysmal quality control forced me to contact customer service immediately, hoping for an explanation and a full refund, because honestly, "I will never order from here again & the staff are so rude." Customer: I need a full refund for my recent store credit purchase. The quality of the two-piece set was awful, and I refuse to pay $90 for a shirt I just found on another website for nine dollars. How do you justify that? CS Rep: I deeply apologize that your experience has been so negative, both with the fit of the two-piece set and the clear frustration regarding the pricing of the subsequent item. That price difference you found is completely unacceptable. Customer: Unacceptable doesn't cover it. If you have any thoughts pertaining to the place and how to use sites.google.com, you can call us at the web-page. You are cutting off tags and charging a thousand percent markup! My first shirt was made so weird, and now this is just blatant deception. I want my $90 back immediately, not more store credit. CS Rep: I understand completely why you are requesting a full reversal to your original payment method. Let me review your order now and escalate this pricing concern to management. Given the extreme dissatisfaction and quality issues you’ve outlined, I can process a full refund of $90 for the item today. Customer: Thank you. That is the only resolution I will accept. The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
