You can build multiple Isolated Securement Units to store all your captured Deviations. Pressing 'F' while in front of it will allow you to access the facility and view all the details of a stored Deviant .Once Human can be pretty taxing on old hardware. Its PC system specifications state that you need an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 or better graphics card to maintain 60 frames per second. While recommended by the developer, using an Nvidia GeForce 1060 or even GeForce 1080 for that matter will result in frame drops and stuttering when there are too many things to render on the screen. Since players are spamming Whispers in every location, it can be cumbersome for your budget gaming PC to render them all. This can be frustrating when reaching a base or settlement where dozens of Whispers hinder you from smoothly doing the most basic tasks. Fortunately, there is an easy fix to the problem.Whispers have to be crafted from the Supplies Workbench . They cannot be purchased, which is a relief considering how even basic features such as changing names and appearances cost money in Once Human . Whispers can also be crafted early in the game, so you can start dropping notes as soon as you complete the tutorial.Setting the Deviant Power threshold to a higher number means your base deviants will work longer shifts, but they'll also rest for longer too. This shouldn't affect your overall gains too much, but you may want to switch this up depending if you're playing on the Manibus or Evolution's Call servers . If you need to squeeze out as many resources as you can, then keep the threshold as-is.Using a Whisper can be a bit confusing in Once Human . Unlike other items in your inventory that can be clicked to activate or consume, Whispers have no interactive prompt. You have to drag Whispers to your hotbar from the inventory screen. Then get back into the game and press the respective hotkey to get a pop-up screen where you can start typing a little note. Instead of doing that, look for an elevator in the same room, then go down. This will lead to a tunnel with a dimensional rift at the end. Pass through the rift, and you'll find yourself in a hospital. Enter the room at the end of the hallway, and you'll then be teleported somewhere else. There are different types of Deviations that you can encounter on your travels. The developers’ (NetEase subsidiary Starry Studios) statement in the game’s official Discord server says that the company only collects government-issued IDs when necessary, such as if a player’s parent has to be verified to allow their child to play, or if a player changes their age information. The developers claim that the information is deleted immediately once it’s been used for its intended purpose. NetEase also says that social media information is given to the company voluntarily through user surveys, and that players won’t have to provide that information if they don’t wantThe Logging Beaver is a deviant that every player in Once Human should have at their base. These little guys will chew on wood all day, providing players with a constant supply of useful Logs for no effort at all. With a couple of beavers at your base, you'll never have to chop another tree down again.
