Continuing the theme of fun couch co-op games is Overcooked 2 , the fun and chaotic cooking game. Much like in the first game in the series, players must work together to prepare and cook food for customers while battling against the wild environments and hazards that get in the way. Ghost Town Games added new mechanics into the mix to make the levels even more dynamic. Overcooked 2 is one of the most entertaining (and sometimes stressful) co-op games to take on, but it makes for an incredibly rewarding experience when players overcome challenging levels – making it a great game to bust out for a good la _ Far Cry 4 _ played with this idea a little bit, but the factions were specifically part of the plot. You only got to side with one faction or the other at the very end. A faction system that is affected by gameplay would be a welcome addition. You could take down an outpost, then decide which faction gets to control it. It would be a nice change of pace and would open many story possibilities since you’re constantly changing the flow of battle between these factions. To make things interesting, each faction could also have their own perk that solely belongs to them. Meaning you can't use that perk unless you are partnered with them at the time. This would make the choices a lot toug As part of Far Cry 2 's heavy emphasis on player freedom, the game implemented a number of ways for players to tackle outposts or missions throughout the game. One of which was the 24 hour simulation of time, and the use of safe houses throughout the world. Passing time also dynamically manipulated the world in various ways, such as passing the time for a guard shift change at an outpost or waiting until nightfall to infiltrate an enemy encampment. Granted Far Cry 2 's stealth mechanics were a bit rudimentary compared to later iterations, but there was still a genuine advantage for stealth-oriented players when they rested until nightt Here's where the leaks get a little shaky, but nevertheless there are plenty of rumors surrounding the next Far Cry title out on the internet. The franchise's track record has shown it's not afraid to experiment with the game's themes or settings, either through DLC or with entirely new games. Far Cry: Primal and Far Cry: Blood Dragon are prime examples of this , based in prehistoric times as well as a retro-inspired sci-fi future. One of the most popular theories linked to Far Cry 6 states it will allegedly take place within either a North Korea setting or Jurassic-style sett Far Cry is all about creating mayhem within a giant sandbox. The next evolution of that approach would be implementing destructible environments. Imagine being able to blow up an entire house and expose all the enemies within. Destroying the buildings around you would never stop being fun. How about attaching C4 to your jeep, speeding towards a building, and then jumping out at the last second? Cover could also eventually be chipped away from gunfire, causing you to constantly be on the move. Many modern shooters have destructible cover, so Far Cry would need to get with the ti Jason is just a frustrating whiny character, and Arjay is just... well he has no character. Ubisoft even went as far as making a silent protagonist in Far Cry 5 , which completely took us out of the story. If they can nail the tone right for Far Cry 6 , they should also have a main character with an actual personal What these features lack in innovation, they make up for in consistent fun and intense interactions with other players. Despite the rocky launch, Battlefield V has continued to receive updates from EA DICE to address player feedback and make the game better. Hopefully, Battlefield V ’s battle royale mode will live up to the h Overall, it seems Ubisoft has been casting a wide net to determine where the Far Cry franchise could go next. That being said, the next entry may be coming within the next year, as late as spring of 2021 according to Ubisoft's fiscal year release schedule. Far Cry 6 may even be a potential sequel or set in the same universe as Far Cry 3 assuming Michael Mando is being more coy than playful. Or the game may go even further outside the box than usual and explore something completely new. Summer's gaming events should give us some more concrete i While these may just be historical backdrops so far, they still have incredibly important stories to tell. Battlefield 6 can't stop and smell the roses, but it can ensure players see the rose's last petal fall, can make them what to take the area back from enemies, and much more. In short, it would be an uphill battle in many ways, but if Battlefield 6 's modern setting can be as "interesting" as Far Cry 6 , that's a simple recipe for succ Something that Far Cry 5 did bring back from Far Cry 2 was the buddy system , but in many ways it was a stripped down version of what it used to be. The buddy system in Far Cry 6 guide|https://Farcry6zone.com/ Cry 2 was an integral part of the gameplay, rather than just a companion who could assist in battle. Any time a pivotal story mission was about to occur, players would receive a call from their best buddy offering an alternate way to complete the mission. Then these side characters would actively take part in main story missions, helping assist the player for a more favorable outcome through specific tactical scenarios.
