I see here that your refund request was processed for store credit, per our online return policy for unavailable items. Customer: I absolutely do not want store credit for an item you never had. You never shipped anything! I paid you money, and you owe me money back. I was even told by one of your employees to call PayPal and file a claim just to get my own money back. That is outrageous. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize that you were advised to contact a third party; that is not standard protocol. While our standard policy is store credit, I fully understand your frustration given the circumstances of the cancellation. Customer: I need confirmation right now that you are processing the actual cash refund back to my original payment method, not a voucher. I am not going through PayPal because you failed to manage your inventory. CS Rep: I am escalating this specific case right now to a supervisor for a mandatory full refund exception. You should see the funds returned to your account within 3 to 5 business days. We apologize again for this poor experience.
