While the Finisher: Savage Sling and Quake perks might not apply to ranged gun-wielders, melee players won't find much use for Spontaneous Obliteration or Rip & Tear. Be sure to check each of the best Body perks in Cyberpunk 2077 listed below for details on which builds each perk works best with, as well as what to expect from the sub-perks each is tied These perks aren't anything too game-changing, but the extra Health Item charge is nice for most builds in general. This is one of the best Technical perks not just because it's a prerequisite for other perks in the Technical tree, but also because of the sub-perks that branch off of it, only accessible once Health Freak is at ran Moron Labe - This gun has a pretty awful name, but those who put the time and resources into crafting it will be in possession of a pretty high-quality weapon. As a crafted weapon it will acquire a random elemental damage output and it already has a pretty high base DPS, but other than it really doesn't seem all that special until players read the fine print. The Moron Labe sports both an increased rate of fire and a chance of dismembering foes, which when put together means that there is a very high likelihood that whoever gets shot is going to wind up dismembered. This weapon isn't incredibly accurate, but with that feature it is no problem to spray bullets all over the place and take out everyone in the player's path. Players can acquire the blueprint to this weapon by picking it up from an enemy during a Suspected Crime Activity in West O' Five - This may not be the most powerful or most versatile of the sniper rifles, but it can't be argued that this weapon isn't a ridiculous amount of fun to use. It's a Power rifle so this already means that it ricochets off of any surface that it comes in contact with, but additionally it comes packed with more firepower due to having explosive rounds. This makes the O' Five incredibly effective at taking down vehicles as well as enemies, which makes it the perfect gun to keep in the player's inventory while roaming Night City. The downsides to the O' Five though are that its recoil is very high, which means that every shot will throw the player way off target. It also has a very limited ammo capacity and low rate of fire, which can make firefights pretty dicey. However the explosive ammo can still make it pretty useful for crowd control, so it isn't all bad. In order to acquire it, players will need to participate in Beat on the Brat at Arroyo. By defeating everyone in unarmed combat the player will earn the O'F Divided We Stand - This weapon is incredibly unique in the fact that it is the only smart weapon out of these special assault rifles. This means that when players fire it at their enemies it will lock on to them and never miss. To make this even its unique ability allows it to target up to five enemies simultaneously, which means that it can attack five enemies a piece every time that the player pulls the trigger. This is combined with the fact that it has a superior rate of fire and can inflict shock and poison effects on its victims. This leads to it basically being able to poison and shock almost every single enemy that it hit by its rounds. The downside to Divided We Stand though is that it has a very low damage output and this is made even worse by being split up between five enemies at a time. Players can acquire this by winning the shooting contest during the Stadium Love side qu Sniper rifles are some of the most powerful weapons in the RPG Game strategy, with the only things coming close to matching them in raw damage output being shotguns. The difference though is that while the shotgun is perfect for close-range encounters, the sniper rifle is most effective at incredibly far distances. These weapons pack a serious punch but do have several downsides that players will need to keep in mind. They typically have a very low rate of fire, take a long time to reload, and are very unwieldy. This means using them at close range is incredibly difficult to do, so players will need to have other effective weapons to help handle enemies closer to them. The unique sniper rifles have a vast amount of surprises in store for players though, so players will for sure want to check all of them out. This is especially true for players who don't enjoy fighting enemies face to face. Here are all of the best sniper rifles in the g Kongou - This weapon is incredibly powerful mostly just because it allows players to use all of their special abilities without having to pick up the required cybernetic upgrades first. The Kongou is a Power weapon, but usually, to make a Power weapon work correctly the player needs the Power weapon Cybernetic. The Kongou lets players use it without that, which means that players who aren't specced to use Power weapons can still have a lot of fun with it. It also has significantly reduced recoil and increased rate of fire that effectively allows the player to use this as a small submachine gun. The only real downside is that it has reduced capacity, but it's a small price to pay for the positive aspects. Players will be able to find this during "The Heist" by picking it up off of Yorinobu's nightst
