Dead by Daylight is a popular asymmetrical survival-horror game that entails a group of survivors being stranded in a limbo-state of reality that's overlooked by an evil eternal presence called, "The Entity". The level to which this gauge will increase is dependent upon how close the Survivor is to Michael and for how long he can maintain a visual on their hitbox.
