Much like Lonely Labs, Breakwater Bay is a location on the edge of the island. This means it has the same problem of likely only being a location available near the start of a match. It can be a decent place to drop at the start, but there's nothing that makes it worthwhile to go to later This is an entire trilogy's worth of the best Hitman content to ever be released; all wrapped up into a wonderful package.
