Did alot of research into this issue, and before I would recreate the user profile, however the issue would still persist after some time. To this point, in Windows 10, Reset Internet Explorer Settings, and disconnecting the Work & School account in settings and restarting seems to work. To diagnose Outlook and OneDrive connection issues that often cause Office 365 not working problems. It seems to be some sort of error with the user not being able to connect and sync with M365 servers. The user is on Windows and does not use a VPN or firewall. This also started happening out of nowhere about a week ago.
