Seriously. Learn how terrible customer service can ruin your purchase. See why good service makes you confident in your choices. Discover a brand that really cares about its customers. The Bad Experience: Feeling Burned and Ignored I need to be honest. Not long ago, I was looking for a special gift. I wanted a 14 k gold necklace for men , something classic and strong. I found a seller online and thought I was making a good choice. I was seriously disappointed. The whole experience was a mess. It felt like walking into a store where no one knew what they were doing. The customer service was frankly poor. The place felt extremely badly organized. It was hard to even figure out where to look for things. I felt invisible. At one point, an employee tried to help me. She seemed kind and pointed me in the right direction. But then, another employee just stepped in and said there was a line to simply view the selection. I apologized and got in line. What a waste of time! It turned out that line was for checking out, not for looking at products. No one was even looking at the necklaces there. After all that confusion, I finally got back to the front. I asked to be placed on a wait-list just to see options. They added my name, told me the wait would be about 30 minutes, and said they would text me when they were ready. I stepped out to grab a coffee nearby, killing time. I waited and waited. It hit me then that they were never going to text me. I was just forgotten. It was a truly frustrating experience. While their jewelry might have looked pretty in pictures, how they treated customers was shocking. It made me question everything about them, from their products to their values. If they can’t even handle a simple wait-list, how can I trust them with something as important as a 14 k gold necklace for men? Verdict: Poor service means you'll likely feel stressed and doubt your purchase. It's not worth it. The Transition: Almost Giving Up, Then Finding Hope After that disaster, I almost gave up on buying jewelry online. I felt burned. The idea of spending good money only to be treated like an inconvenience was just too much. I thought maybe I'd have to stick to boring, overpriced local shops where I at least knew what I was getting. But then, a friend mentioned the brand.
