Titled Hex , the limited series saw Jonah Hex being pulled into the 21st Century. Eventually, he is hired by a criminal gang to hunt down Batman, before the two realized they were on the same side. Jonah Hex is also a perfect fit for Fortnite's shooter gameplay. As a bounty hunter and former soldier, Jonah Hex would be able to easily familiarize himself with Fortnite 's wide array of firearms. This could help Jonah Hex to feel like a more natural fit within the game than characters such as Superman and Wonder Woman, who wouldn't use the weapons that Fortnite off Doctor Strange was recently added to Fortnite , but his DC counterpart may be the more interesting choice to join the game. Doctor Fate was first introduced in 1940's More Fun Comics #55 , predating Marvel's Sorcerer Supreme by many years. Kent Nelson first became Doctor Fate when he and his father discovered an ancient tomb belonging to the Mesopotamian deity, Nabu. Though Kent's father was killed by the tomb's poison gasses, Nabu took in Kent and trained him in the mystic arts and transforming him into Doctor Fate, one of the world's greatest sorcerers. The character has since appeared in both the DC Animated Universe and the Young Justice animated series, with a big-screen appearance in the DCEU next in l The massively popular battle royale, Fortnite ** , __ ** is known for having some wild crossovers with other IPs, however, no crossover would be bigger than a Star Wars one for next season. Considering the dates line-up between the release of the Kenobi series on Disney+ and Fortnite 's Chapter 3 Season 3, a Star Wars -themed season does seem likely. There have also been leaks of characters like Darth Vader showing up on Fortnite , similar to how the Mandalorian, Din Djarin, appeared back in Chapter 2, Season 5.
