Sucker Punch's upcoming title has already been dubbed a time machine, which combined with its open-world gameplay, must've been a massive challenge for developers. An audio scout was even sent to modern Japan to capture background noises for the game for another layer of authenticity, so a Japanese audio track makes perfect se We’ve written extensively about CD Projekt Red’s impressive Cyberpunk 2077 presentation and gamers will likely continue to hear about it for the next few months. What The Witcher developer was able to put together felt the most complete, diverse, and it pushed its respective genre forward. This is what E3 demos are meant to be: exciting proof that future games will take familiar concepts and expand on them in ways that seem nearly impossible with current hardw At any rate, there were some pretty good announcements made during this short stream. We got confirmation of a few rumors ( Resident Evil 3 , Untitled Goose Game , Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind ), a short look at Platinum's next title, and even a tease for Ghost of Tsushima . The Game Awards can't get here soon eno Fast forward about six months after the PS4 released and tsushimalegend.Com Sony announced during E3 2014 that The Last of Us Remastered would be hitting the console in one month. It was a move many anticipated before the PS4's launch, but one that also left a sour taste in some's mouths. Sony was now giving us the "better" version of the game instead of holding back the initial release to coincide with its next-gen launch. Was the game simply not ready for the PS4 in November, or did Sony know it could get away with charging tw It has to be clarified that this rumor originates from 4chan. While rumors sourced from 4chan tend to be very unreliable, some are interesting enough to acknowledge alongside a recommendation of heavy skepticism. This rumor is claimed to have come from an intra-department email at Sony regarding upcoming PlayStation marketing efforts and messaging. The veracity of the email has not been confirmed, but these types of emails aren't uncommon. But until Sony makes an official announcement, treat this information as unrelia Ghost of Tsushima , the samurai action game from Infamous developers Sucker Punch, may be coming to PS5 according to a new rumor. The rumor claims that PlayStation has two unannounced upcoming events. The first will be a State of Play livestream showcasing Death Stranding and The Last of Us 2 . The second, PlayStation Meeting 2020, will focus on Ghost of Tsushima . Ghost of Tsushim a has apparently been delayed, in part so it can be brought to PS4, Developers id Software and Avalanche Studios have put together a playground of carnage for Rage 2 . Where the first game was a showpiece for id Tech, this sequel is all about giving players a handful of tools (both cool weapons and abilities) and letting them loose. The game is fast-paced and violent in a way that doesn’t feel celebratory but is exciting enough to make the loop feel satisfying. Much like Doom before it, Rage 2 looks to take the existing framework and dial everything up to Sucker Punch’s open-world game set in feudal Japan blew us away at E3 2018. With stark visuals and an approach that favored realism, Ghost of Tsushima is trying to create a Samurai adventure that is as authentic as possible. Sucker Punch is clearly working hard to ensure Ghost of Tsushima delivers a compelling game and narrative without going over-the-top. There is still a lot of Ghost of Tsushima that is left unsaid, but for an initial tease, what Sucker Punch brought to E3 was enough to leave us intrigued. It says a lot that something as seemingly simple as leaves moving on the ground had everyone talk PlayStation's 11-minute Ghost of Tsushima demo whet the appetites of those who were already excited for the PS4 exclusive and undoubtedly lured in a few new fans too. Gamers are hoping for more details at the upcoming PlayStation Experience, and who knows, maybe fans will get to see that Japanese audio track in action? Whether dipping in and out of playing in English or Japanese, Ghost of Tsushima is at least living up to Sucker Punch's ambitions to create a samurai-swinging, Mongol-mashing experience that is visually and audibly uni Sucker Punch creative director Nate Fox confirmed that a local Japanese audio track will be available on all discs to help emphasize the game's historical backdrop. Elsewhere, Fox went on to say that the attacking Mongols in the game who still haven't "learned" Japanese will still speak Mongolian. This means that Ghost of Tsushima is a veritable language lesson for anyone wanting to scrub up on their Japanese and Mongol It'll be interesting to see what path Sony takes, but for now, bets are on Ghost of Tsushima seeing some kind of PS5 support. Sony would be crazy to ignore the huge install base of PS4's (currently sitting at 100 million+ consoles), but it also needs to have something big for when the PS5 rolls around. What better than Ghost of Tsushima , a game we still don't know much ab
