Ruan Mei is the first ever 5-star limited Harmony character to be released in **Honkai: Star Rail ** . Despite powerful options like Sparkle and Robin appearing during the Trailblazers' journey in Penacony, she has remained a solid support character. Her utility has increased even further with the addition of strong DPS units like Boothill and Firefly, and she also has excellent synergy with Harmony Hanya's Ultimate buffs a single ally with SPD and a large amount of ATK for two turns. Notably, players can use the Ultimate on the targeted ally's turn, effectively extending the ATK buff (but not the SPD) to three tu For Boothill, the build might be considered rather more complicated compared to Robin, since he combines a traditional DPS build, which typically involves Crit Rate, Crit DMG, and ATK%, with Break Effect. Given this, players have more stats to pay attention to, with Break Effect taking the most priority among main stats or set effect bonuses. Boothill will benefit from combining sets that provide Break Effect, such as Thief of Shooting Meteor and Watchmaker, Master of Dream Machinations. There isn't much flexibility in this regard, except for considering Champion of Streetwise Boxing as a 2-piece instead. For Planar Ornaments, he is also not as versatile as Robin, though this is expected from DPS characters generally. He can best make use of Rutilant Arena to increase his Basic ATK DMG even further. Considering that Boothill doesn't gain Crit Stats through his traces, reaching a 70% Crit Rate threshold can further increase the difficulty of min-maxing this character. Overall, however, if most attention is put on Break Effect through main stats or even light cone options, sub-stat min-maxing can be made a little eas Dr. Ratio was introduced in HSR as a free 5-star character for everyone who played the Anime Game Release Dates from January 16, 2024 until the end of the 2.1 patch. While it may be offering a conclusion to the story, and to many unanswered questions, it also offers many new aspects, by introducing new characters like Robin and Boothill or allowing players to obtain a new form of Trailblazer, new Dreamscape mechanics, as well as difficult puzzles and many chests and Origami birds to coll Given her strengths, especially during her banner and her first rerun with her most synergistic team member Firefly, players might wonder if it's worth investing in her Eidolons or if they should save resources for other characters. Here's what players need to know about Ruan Mei's Eidolons and their priority or This team cares very little about elemental weaknesses. As long as players can get Slaughterhouse No. 4 and either Auto-Harmonica or Champion's Dinner: Cat's Cradle , they'll be able to steamroll through almost everything with sheer brute force. Couple these with Freeze-related bonuses from the Remembrance, and enemies won't even be able to take their turn before the incoming onslaught of empowered ultimates and Herta spins wipes them off the field. This setup is most ideal with E6 March as she can heal allies with her shi One thing to note is that all of Gallagher's healing is flat, meaning they do not scale with any stats and can only be affected by increases to Outgoing Healing . While that may sound like a downside, this allows him to invest heavily in other stats like Break Effect , which happens to affect Outgoing Healing through his A2 Major Tr To facilitate Arlan's damage, players need to include a dedicated shielder in his team. However, only Aventurine provides consistent team-wide shields worth the Skill Point expenditure, something Gepard and March both l The first 12 treasure chests in the Sanctum of Prophecy Janusopolis can be obtained by completing an Adventure Mission called Janus' Maze . Iron Cavalry Against the Scourge Relic Set in Honkai: Star Rail tells the story of Glamoth's Iron Cavalry, the fighters designed by the Glamoth Empire to fight the Swarm. Even if that weren't the case, Arlan prefers not to be healed, as it results in damage loss and requires extra turns to ramp back up without enemy interference. To make matters worse, Arlan has one of the lowest base DEF in the game, a stat he desperately needs instead of the high base HP and HP Tra You'll then want to head back to the site of the Test of Courage using the map above.
