Technically none of these characters is Spider-Man; at least not anymore. But during the Identity Crisis mini-series, Spider-Man took up each of these four suits as he was accused of murder with a bounty on his head. Wearing his Spidey suit was out, so he tried each of these out. Each one got discarded and eventually made it into the hands of four teenagers who were inspired by him. The series didn't do very well, but I kind of liked it. So, with the new schedule, they have an extra year to make Thor and an extra year to make The Avengers after all the solo films are out. On top of that, Marvel will open the summer blockbuster season for each of the next three years with their title characters (including Sony's **Spider-Man 4 When Marvel over-excitedly put out the original release schedule last May on the heels of Iron Man’s box office success, they were clearly trying to rush these movies into production. And we all know that rush = Pro - On the flip side, with Disney having such deep pockets, that means much more available funds to push MORE movies into production. It's not like Disney is buying Marvel because they were threatened by Marvel's market share and were trying to buy out the competition. No, Disney bought Marvel to use the property rights, not sit on them. This could mean we start seeing Marvel characters pushed into multiple forms of media. More cartoons, more comics, more live action TV shows and definitely more mov By now you should know that Thor will be played by Chris Hemsworth (Captain Kirk's father in the new Star Trek movie); British actor Tom Hiddleston is playing Thor 's nemisis, Loki ; and director Kenneth Branagh is rumored to have tapped renowned thespian Brian Blessed to play Thor 's father, the almighty Od Today, Marvel gave us another big announcement – this time releasing a revised schedule for their upcoming feature films. The new schedule pushes each of their planned movies back except for **Iron Man 2 ** which is still scheduled to open May 7, 2 Con - With movies like Iron Man 2 , Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 collectibles|https://spiderman2mix.com/ 4 , The Incredible Hulk 2 , Thor , The Avengers and Captain America on the horizon, what does this mean for their development? Iron Man 2 is already in full swing so I doubt we see any type of delay with that one, but with no other pre-production or principle photography under way on some other films, could we see some eventual delay In other Cap news: comic book insider Rich Johnston over at Bleeding Cool has been keeping careful eye on the June 17th release of Captain America #600 and the July 1st release of Reborn #1, two books which are rumored to feature the resurrection of the recently deceased Captain America . According to Rich Johnston, comic book retailers are being asked to order extra stacks of the two books, as they will allegedly tie in to a "major announcement." Johnston speculates that the announcement could potentially involve the casting of Captain America in the movie. Up until now, many actors have been rumored for the role , but there's been little hint as to a frontrunner. Be sure to check back with us often in the next few weeks to see if they announce which actor has snagged the r "It's been really brutal, because my Iron Man suit weighs 23lb. It's sort of a half-suit, with half my skin showing, with lots of Russian tattoos, because [Whiplash is just] out of a Russian-zone pris You should already know that Joe Johnston is directing . If you don't recognize the name, Johnston’s directing resume includes family adventure films such as Honey, I Shrunk The Kids and Jumanji ; inspirational films such as October Sky ; action/adventures like Hidalgo and even the upcoming creature-feature reboot, The Wolf Man . According to Feige, that kind of variety is what makes Johnston perfect to helm the kind of all-around adventure film Marvel wants for Captain Ameri Overall, I feel that this game catered more towards pinball enthusiasts than Marvel fans. Don't be fooled true believers. The novelty of having Marvel characters wears off once you realize that this is in fact a pinball game. It is not only a pinball game, but a pretty challenging one to boot. If you're a pinball fan, by all means this one is for you. If you're not too big into pinball, then chances are you won't be too impressed with this one. This is by all means not a bad game. However, I can't say the same about it not being uninspi Marvel Pinball is exactly what you would expect from reading the title alone; it's Marvel themed, Pinball fun. You get four different tables, and each table offers something from each of the superheroes it features. Wolverine, Spider-Man, Iron-Man and Blade are your four superheroes with this title, and they also bring along with them some friends. Sabretooth, Silver Samurai, Dr. Octopus, Green Goblin, Mandarin (Whiplash) and Deacon Frost are some of the handful of recognizable characters that you will find on each respective table. Each table is very colorful and quite beautiful, and I'm sure hardcore Marvel fans will enjoy pointing all the little nods to its universe's enormous amount of content. So, how do these tables play, and is it worth your cash to download this title? Read on to find
