Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl's Super Smash Bros. Comparisons Explained

Anyone picking up Jay and Silent Bob: Mall Brawl _ will know what they're getting into from the jump. The centerpiece of the Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl box art appears to be one of Nickelodeon's most classic and controversial creations, Ren and Stimpy. The psychotic Chihuahua and dopey Manx cat are fondly remembered by many of the people that grew up with one of the earliest eras of Nickelodeon , so it's great to see them be represented in this collection of Nickelodeon history. To the left of the shadowed cover art is an image that looks strikingly familiar to Korra. The silhouette holds a flexed arm out with a clenched fist, leading back to the shadow of a head that seems to mirror Korra's early series hairstyle with three distinct ponytails. Just below the silhouette that resembles Korra is the shadow of an outstretched human hand. With the Avatar universe top of mind, it closely resembles the hand and sleeve of Aang. Aang is frequently seen with his hand outstretched, a pose matching the shadow on the cover


Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 's confirmed characters have already given a lot of fans something to be excited about, and the game's silhouetted box art is only feeding that excitement even more. There are still some characters that aren't very easy to make out, however, so there's really no telling how expansive the game's roster will be. While Brawl Chess is more streamlined than a standard game of chess, and therefore more user friendly, it is a little frustrating to not be able to perform some more advanced strategic chess moves in-game. For example, if the player manages to get one of their pawns to the other side of the board it is automatically promoted to a Queen. It seems that the game is really taking care to make sure that each era of Nickelodeon is being represented, no matter how obscure some characters may be at this point.
