For now, we're squarely in the Mega era of **Pokémon Trading Card Game ** . As this polarizing mechanic continues to rise to prominence, more and more Pokémon are getting redesigned in a whole new

Perhaps one of the darkest Pokémon TCG additions, the Black Bolt series gave us this spooky and shadowy Zekrom ex card. Nearly all black, with incredible shaded grays and whites , the card is a notable one for its artwork alone. This card is one of the very few to utilize the designation of the "BWR" rarity, the Black White Rare, which are monochromatic textured ca

The charming Eevee evolution, Sylveon ex, shows off another crystal-like Terastallized form in the Pokémon pokemon tcg card list|Https://pokemontcgdeck.com/: Prismatic Evolutions set. The set focused on Eevee and its evolved forms and was supposed to have increased pull rates for its rare cards . Perhaps this is why Sylveon ex's value has decreased significantly since its launch in January 2

Even so, unless those pull rates change, MHRs will probably remain the rarest cards in the hobby overall. They'll likely always be a distant dream for the grand majority of **Pokémon TCG ** players, except the unusually lucky and those with disposable fu

Collectors may have already moved on to the valuable cards appearing in the Mega Evolutions sets, but the Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet _ series has many cards worth hundreds, or even thousands ** of dollars. Prices found here are using _TCGPlayer 's market prices to determine average costs for each card, and are always in constant fluctuations, so things are always liable to change** , but this provides a good look at where the market is

The time has come. The Phantasmal Flame s set for the Pokémon Trading Card Game has been fully leaked, along with cards sent to outlets by TPCI. As a reminder, Phantasmal Flames is part of the Mega Evolution block and will be released on November 14, 2025. With less than a month to go, the full set list is now out in the wild.Considering the popular reception for Mega Evolution since Gen 6, The Pokémon Company is still pushing it, and it will continue to be a focus in this latest card set. Available to see on Pokébeach , the entire set is now online, thanks to some sleuthing and some official reveals. It also confirms new Mega ex cards on the

First we have a double dose of decks with Tropical Takedown and Twilight Rogue. The former features Alolan Exeggutor on the cover. It's cleverly packaged as the long, neck divides the window of the box. Its contents, however, are what really counts. Alolan Exeggutor comes in with 160 HP which is good to start. Its attack is Tropical Shake which deals a measly 20 damage, but you add 20 more for every basic energy card in your discard pile (but can't exceed 100). This ups its value as a member of your team and would benefit from going third or fourth in the battle, depending on varying circumstances. As long as there's a good amount of energy cards in the pile, Exeggutor could wipe out plenty of threats. Alolan Sandslash comes with the deck as well and makes for a fair sweeper. Its ability allows you to draw a card before attacking which helps plan for future moves. Smash Turn needs three energy cards but wallops opponents with 50 damage; doing so means you have to switch it with a benched Pokémon. So, if you need to deal some quick damage and can swap into a beefier ally, Alolan Sandslash is handy.

In my opinion, the artwork on this adorable Special Illustration Rare of Mew ex is one of the most cheerful on this list. Showing in its Shiny form , as this Mythical Pokémon is traditionally a pale pink, this Mew ex seems peaceful and cuddly, although it could easily destroy anyone it came in contact w

Now, Mega Evolutions is still new ; there's a chance these prices will go down as the market corrects itself. More MHR cards are likely to be revealed in the future, which will help saturate the mar

The most interesting leak of all, however, involves a multi-regional game, which would be a huge step up for the series overall. We haven't had a multi-regional game in ages, and even then, the core focus of the endgame of several generations has dabbled in, but not fully embraced a multi-regional approach throughout the course of the entire g

Of course, that isn't to say that this card isn't a valuable one, with TCGPlayer showing an average market price of $359.80 . However, given that the card was averaging $750 at the set's launch, this is still quite the drop. Time will tell if the stunning card will become more valuable as the years go on, but even if it doesn't, this beautiful Sylveon ex is one that anyone would be lucky to

The market history for this Mew ex has seemed to steadily increase in value in the past several months, though that doesn't mean it won't drop again. At the time of writing, TCGPlayer shows an average market price of $623.

The **Pokémon Trading Card Game ** has revealed its lowest pull rates ever, making it almost impossible to get a particular type of card. Pokémon put out its new Mega Evolutions set on September 26. An otherwise unremarkable set, it focuses on Mega Evolved Pokémon, with a variety of different cards in different rarities as us
