Much like the other Martial Artist classes, the Wardancer has some balanced builds between PvE and PvP, has a charging gauge for special abilities, and is fairly squishy. This guide covers an overview of everything you need to know about the class.

Hunts will vary depending on the Guardian you're facing, but most hunts consist of finding the boss and defeating the boss. Before you begin, you'll be given the option to harvest the boss' soul or not. Doing so will give you much more loot, but you can only do this twice per day (ignoring the catch-up mechanic). In-game, your first task is to find the boss. Finding the boss is significantly easier if you bring flares, a battle item that will reveal the location of the boss on your map for a short time. You can craft them at your stronghold.
At level 3, Cursed Doll increases all attack power by 16% but reduces incoming healing. This is not that common in high level raids, but it's a good place to start during your first endgame runs.

As for defeating the boss, your group will need to coordinate to counter the Guardian's mechanics and beat the boss. The first tier of Guardians is fairly simple, utilizing high-damage attacks and very simple mechanics to ease you into the Anime game updates type. Further tiers involve buff and debuff management, one-shot mechanics, and more. Be sure that your team is prepared before diving into the later tiers of Guardian Raids. Once the boss is slain, you'll be able to harvest its soul to claim your loot.
The Soulfit's identity gauge is called Energy, or Ki if you're using the KR/Russian translations. We should point out that Lost Ark has an incredibly flexible class build system and a lot of versatility when it comes to deciding how you want to play. Just because something isn't 'meta' it doesn't mean it's not viable. If you really like the Wardancer, it pays to experiment with the class and decide for yourself what sort of playstyle you want to go for. Then you can start looking at more advanced builds.

A Guardian Raid is an endgame activity where up to four players work together to take down a Guardian boss. Players have 20 minutes to find and kill the Guardian, and each Guardian boss comes with unique mechanics. This is one of Lost Ark's daily endgame activities, much in the same vein as Chaos Dungeons .

The Wardancer's playstyle is determined by whether you opt for the Engraving that grants you more Orbs in your gauge (Esoteric Skill Enhancement), or the Engraving that removes the gauge entirely (First Intention). We will cover this in more detail below, but in short: the meta Wardancer build relies mostly on the second Engraving, empowering your ordinary attacks. It provides more consistent damage but is a pretty dull playstyle compared to some other Lost Ark classes.
