For those who decided to press on, they would eventually make their way to the Tower. Ghost introduces you to every NPC before you’re tasked with completing a Strike. Players are then greeted with a menu featuring a dizzying amount of options, some of which are locked behind an XP requirement or paywall. Assuming you finish the Strike, the game gives no guidance beyond increasing your character level. What’s a Power Level? What’s Crucible? Gambit? How do I get better gear? What makes a good piece of gear? Why are these planets locked? What should I do next?
To be clear, I do not want any class nerfed. I just want Hunters to feel useful again. Let Shadowshot stack with Artifact debuffs. Make Bottom Tree Golden Gun deal slightly more damage than Thundercrash if you land all three headshots. Give Arcstrider something . Revert the Duskfield changes. Those would be some great first steps to giving back some of the identity that Hunters lost months ago.
I could copy and paste a lot of what I wrote above for Catwoman here, except we don't play as Catwoman in Gotham Knights and we don't even know what she looks like. The problem with Catwoman is she's too easy to oversexualise, moving way beyond mommy territory into simply becoming a plaything for straight men to ogle. Keep the faith.
The clearest example of this is the Forsaken Pack, a $20 DLC that sells the raid, dungeon, and weapons tied to the Forsaken expansion. Bungie released the campaign for free, but they are still charging money for the DLC’s post-story content. And you know what the worst part is? That free campaign won’t exist once The Witch Queen launches . It doesn’t matter if you bought Forsaken or not; that DLC’s campaign will be inaccessible for the foreseeable future. Bungie could have released the entire expansion for free to beef up the free-to-play experience, but they chose not to. They locked the best parts of Forsaken behind a paywall instead.
The reality is that Destiny 2’s free-to-play experience is a demo, not a free game. You get to experience a short quest in the Cosmodrome, play Destiny 2’s ritual activities that are in dire need of better reward incentives, and try out the Prophecy dungeon. That’s it. The worst part is this wasn’t always the case. When Shadowkeep first came out, free-to-play Guardians had access to three raids and single-player narrative campaigns atop of what’s currently available. Shadowkeep’s version of New Light was a small slice of the core Destiny 2 experience. Beyond Light’s version is a platform to sell DLC and nothing else.
I mean, right? The only problem with this is a) a 2022 launch feels dicey and b) much like Harley Quinn, Bayonetta is not short of fans prepared to play Walter Raleigh's cape for her royal boots. Slightly foolish considering her boots are guns, but then what is life without a little risk?
You're on your own with this one. We worked out that Lady Dimitrescu would almost certainly crush you to death if she actually stepped on you - with her whole body weight, at least - and Destiny has gone even bigger. The much anticipated Witch Queen expansion for Destiny 2 has a leading villain who clocks in at 21 feet tall - more than double Lady Dimitrescu. She's so big I couldn't leave her off continue reading this list, but I can definitely leave her off my face. Thanks.

Destiny 2 brought back Gjallarhorn , arguably the strongest Exotic weapon during the original Destiny's first year. It could melt bosses in the blink of an eye and turn fodder enemies into stardust. While it isn't as powerful as its D1Y1 counterpart, Gjallarhorn in Destiny 2 is still a great Exotic heavy for newcomers and returning players to ch
Destiny has never followed the MMO holy trinity—tank, healer, and DPS—for balancing its classes. Bungie instead relied on flavor and minor mechanical differences to give each class an identity. Warlocks are space wizards that manipulate their abilities to gain unique benefits. It’s why they can consume grenades to gain buffs, convert Stasis grenades into ice turrets, or use their melee to activate a life steal effect. Titans are space marines that act as immovable objects. Instead of relying solely on space magic, Titans wield their fists and use more physical tools like barricades to stay alive.
