Compliance reached out to me and said diagnose Office activation conflicts users should only be able to freely install Microsoft owned apps on o365. I was under the impression Fix Outlook and Office 365 Errors 2025 that this "let users access third party apps in your tenant" was all encompassing and would disable all 3rd party apps / add-ins for all o365 apps. Now when I open teams i can clearly see that 3rd party apps need to be requested but ms apps can be installed without issue.
