This is a follow-up message with a general solution. This issue occurs if there is a trailing space (that is, if a space is the last character) in the legacyExchangeDN attribute.
Troubleshooting WiFi Connection Issues on Windows PC
The fact it shows my PC on the TV by itself says they're both connected. I still get that message, and thus guide to Office 365 sign-in errors can't access the files on my PC. Media Server - "your device is disconnected. Please check the connection status"
After you see a network signal on your devices, try and connect to it to see if the internet has recovered. When I click on the Media Server box in the "Photo & Video" screen I get a "your device is disconnected. Please check the connection status". I can go and watch Netflix or do whatever on my TV, and my PC is clearly connected.
