According to Behaviour, the Dead by Daylight economy has been significantly revamped. Players now have the ability to earn Iridescent Shards with their playtime in an all-new player leveling system. Every time a pallet is broken, the fury of The Entity builds within. After breaking 4/3/2 pallets, the next dropped pallet you interact with will be instantly broken by the Entity.

The announcement trailer didn’t share the specifics of how either the Demogorgon or the two new human survivors will play. In Stranger Things , the Demogorgon uses a variety of different abilities that could easily make the leap to its appearance in Dead by Daylight . It’s shown to have telekinetic powers and superhuman strength, which seem like natural elements to bring over to its in-game incarnation.
