Regardless of what kind of parts you need, the only way to get them is to dismantle junk in a Disassembly Bench . Most (if not all) junk items are useless by default, Oncehumanverse.com so you can freely disassemble them at home once you get the chance.
If there is no Logging Beaver at the pier, you can force your way into a different instance by changing worlds in Once Human . Head back to the teleporter tower, then press G. A menu listing all the worlds in your server will appear. Go through each of them while checking the pier if there's a Logging Beaver available, and keep repeating the process until you manage to catch one. If none of the worlds have a Logging Beaver, come back some other time.
Enter the void and defeat all enemies in it. A portal will soon open, and you'll find yourself in a child's room. There's a chance that either a Chefosaurus or a Pyro Dino (an offensive variant of the Chefosaurus) will appear here. There's also a chance that nothing will appear at all. If a deviant does appear, simply interact with it and hope that it gets captured.
Finding Refined Parts and Special Part is going to be confusing at first, especially since they don't just appear randomly as part of regular loot tables. The Digby Boy is one of the most useful deviants in Once Human . They're useless in a fight, but they will save you tons of time by automatically collecting all sorts of ore for you, including ones that aren't in the vicinity of your base
To get Refined Parts in Once Human's Way of Winter scenario , you need to loot level 20-30 areas. The southern Vena Fjord region is a great place to start — follow the road along the snowy mountain and raid every camp and town you see.
Although you may theoretically change servers, you must create a new character for that. Because Once Human has yet to include the ability to play many characters at once, establishing a new character requires you to erase the prior one. However, the developers have acknowledged the issue, stating that a way to play numerous characters on the same account will be available shortly.
Another way to get a Chefosaurus is to clear Securement Silo Phi, a dungeon found northwest of Greywater Camp in the Iron River region. This Securement Silo is very easy to do solo, but to get to where the Chefosaurus is, you need to go to a secret area. The enemies here aren't all that hard to beat, but do bring the best weapons you can get in Once Human just to be safe.
nOnce you've caught a Digby Boy , go back to your base and build a vacant Isolated Securement Unit. Interact with the Securement Unit, then deposit the Digby Boy in it. A general tip for beginners : you should build as many Securement Units in your home as possible and store your deviants in them
The Way of Winter scenario in Once Human takes place in the previously-inaccessible northern fringes of Nalcott island, and players are restricted to this zone only. As such, none of the previously mentioned areas are available. However, you can still get Special and Refined Parts the same way you do above: loot level-specific areas and dismantle materials.
