The issue is that Bungie locked these hunts behind a moderate degree of busywork. Not only do Guardians need to farm for Cryptolith Lure upgrades, but they also need to complete arbitrary activities to obtain charges to complete a hunt. If you want to get this challenge done quickly, use a Duskfield Grenade. Throw a Duskfield at an Overload Champion, then stun them. They'll repeatedly get stunned, resetting their Overload status. Keep stunning the Overload Champion until the grenade goes away. You can equip Resonance Siphon in your class item to get your Duskfield back when you stun something twice, allowing you to repeat this process until the Champion dies or the challenge is finis
Since Prophecy is end-game content, it's important to know what to bring. Raid Banners can be used before each boss encounter, and every part of this dungeon has many redbars to fight off as each task is completed. Weapons are not locked, so be sure to bring every best Destiny 2 weapon available.
